The Rosa Acosta Fitness Challenge: Can you do it?

A lot of people have no idea how to start their fitness journey, and I don’t blame them…

There are so many things to take in consideration, and it’s really hard to change our life habits, especially when we try to do it all in one day and we have no support system to help us through our journey.

So I decided to start the Rosa Acosta Fitness Challenge. Its really simple and very effective. Every week I will tell you a few simple things to work on, that will help you achieve your fitness goal. Wether you are trying to lose weight, gain mass or just stay healthy and detox your body, these easy but  life changing tips will make you look and feel great! I’ll be here answering all of your questions and giving you all the support you need but you need to commit! I also will be running contests weekly between the ladies and guys doing the challenge with ME.

At the end of the challenge I will have a big prize for one winner that includes

To be considered to win weekly contest and final prize you must tag me on Instagram using #RosaAcostaFitnessChallenge with a picture of yourself (where I can see how you are looking at the moment ) and update me with pics every week so I can see the results you are getting. If you don’t feel comfortable posting the pictures you can also email your pics to fitness@rosaacosta.com.

Starting Monday, August 12th – Are you ready?
Ok so FIRST thing you are going to do is ask yourself: Do I drink enough water? if the answer is no or you are not sure, here is an easy way to calculate it :

Now that you know, you must drink that amount of water EVERYDAY!
2) Stop drinking SODA. No Soda at all, not even diet.
3) Stop drinking juice unless you juice it yourself.
4) Zero alcohol. If you must drink (socially) you are allowed to have 2 drinks only!

8/14/2013 – Update 1:

Hello ladies!
I hope that you have been following the challenge step by step. I know its super hard, specially the first few days. What has been the hardest part so far? I haven’t drink soda, or artificial juice for years now, and I only sip on alcohol socially when I have to, but drinking so much water every day its difficult for me. Remember that even thought I’m not checking on you guys everyday you have to be honest with yourself and commit. The results are going to be the prove that you have been really following the steps to a healthier and better version if yourself.
Here’s a little motivation/fitness fact

Think about this when you want to eat something that you are not suppose to. Its really easy to devour that burger but how hard it is to lose the weight!
