    Congrats on your baby!
First off all its going to be very hard for you to feel or see any results while you are pregnant. It is very normal that you feel tired during your pregnancy, and of course you will gain weight and retain a lot of water so just continue to do what you do for you and your baby to be healthy. Since you are pregnant you should consult with your doctor about your diet and workout regimen.
