Hey everyone!

A lot of people always ask me for tips on my workouts and questions on how they can improve their own workout, what they should eat, how many sets/reps, and etc. I’ve decided to start doing a weekly series where you can leave a question in the comments (below) and I’ll do my best to respond.

At the end of the week I’ll highlight the most helpful questions in next weeks post and again you can ask new questions, and it will repeat every week!
